Instructional Assistant or Paraprofessional

Self & Match for Instructional Assistant and/or Paraprofessionals (3 hours)

This is an interactive workshop is designed for Teaching/Instructional Assistants
(paraprofessionals) and other implementers of the Self & Match systems. This workshop will
educate and empower staff members to become effective implementers of the system.
Participants will learn the necessary fundamentals of Self & Match to provide meaningful
feedback to the team about the future directions of their students Self & Match system. A
brief overview of self-monitoring research will be discussed, as well as the importance
implementing interventions with fidelity, Frequently Asked Questions, and collaboration
within teams.
