RETURNS:

Return Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE: If the user has scratched off the online portal access code (on the inside front cover of the manual), the book is not eligible for return.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Any product(s) found to be defective or damaged must be reported within 14 days of the Product’s Date of Delivery.  If you have problems with defects related to materials and/or production of a product published by and purchased through Self & Match at any time we will replace the item(s) for free within the first 14 days.  (Normal “wear and tear” that results from use is excluded).  To return a product due to defect, email us at selfandmatch.com.  In your email, please tell us about the problem and attach a digital picture of the product that demonstrates the problem.  We will pay shipping return costs for products that are defective.  We are unable to replace Self & Match products purchased through other vendors or products that are out of production.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our offices.
